The Positive Psychology Field has been using the term wellbeing to replace happiness.  The Happiness concept was just to limiting.   Wellbeing is the idea that we move to become our best,  our healthiest, living  more in the Flow.  We want our children and families to be connected and well.  This page will explore some of the sides to being health and maximizing our wellbeing.  Watch this video by Dr. Martin Seligman for a introduction  to Wellbeing.  Dr. Seligman’s  model is called Wellbeing the PERMA model.  1.
